how does your garden grow

Things are starting to pop around our little farm yard. We've had such a dry winter and spring, so you can really tell the plants are struggling. We have very few lilac buds this year, which is really too bad because I love to pack my house with them. The garlic that we planted in the fall is looking good. Onions and lettuce are also showing promising signs of a soon to be salad. This is my favorite time of year because it is so filled with hope and potential. It takes a lot of hard work to make a garden grow, but the results are so worth it. Now, we just need Mother Nature to give the soil a good, long drink, and everything should be fine.
